Write to hello@oneiromancy.ai. Put the kind of message in the subject line so it lands in the right place:

• Privacy request — access, correction or deletion of your information
• Correction — an error or an unclear passage on a page
• Reading — a question about a letter you received
• Problem — something on the site did not work
• Refund — a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a reading credit that was not returned, or a letter that was broken and not replaced
• Media or Research — press and academic questions

What to include

For a question about a reading: the page address or the symbol, the part you are asking about and what you expected to find. Do not send more personal detail than the question needs.

For a technical problem: the device and browser, the page address and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help if they contain nothing private.

For a refund, use “Refund” in the subject line and include the email address on the order, the date of the charge and the order number. Only the cases set out in the Refunds section of the terms at /terms can be refunded, and a right that cannot legally be excluded where you live is handled there by Creem as merchant of record.

Privacy and data requests

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, use “Privacy request” in the subject line and tell us which email address the request concerns.

We may need to verify your identity before acting. Do not send identity documents or sensitive dream content in a first message; we will say what is needed. If you are acting for someone else, include proof that you may.

Corrections and feedback

If a page has an error, an unclear passage or a cultural association that needs better context, send the page address and the sentence in question. Corrections are checked against the site's editorial standard. Feedback about the reading experience is welcome too; it is how the library gets better.

Media and research

Include your name, outlet or institution, deadline and the specific information you need. This is a small operation, so we may not be able to answer every request, and we do not offer expert commentary on clinical, legal or financial matters.

Response times

Email is read regularly, but this is a small operation, not a staffed support desk. Response times vary and we cannot promise a reply by a particular date. Privacy requests, refund requests and corrections come first.
